Description: A pleasant aromatic mint with a slight orange flavor. This plant originated in central and southern Europe but is now grown mostly in the northwestern US. White and pink flowers in short spikes bloom from mid to late summer. This is not the same bergamot as in Earl Grey tea (that is a type of citrus), but it has a somewhat similar scent.

It is nice in an herbal pillow, bath tea, potpourri, or for soaps and perfumes. I love using it in the diffuser and it also makes a nice addition to cold and flu blends!
