PMS/Cramp Relief
(Symptoms differ from woman to woman, but this blend can
be used as soon as symptoms appear)
8 drops of Clary Sage • 4 drops Roman Chamomile
4 drops Lavender • 2 drops Geranium
Mix oils into 1 ounce of vegetable carrier oil.
Massage into your abdomen and lower back using a gentle circular motion.
 
 

 

Menopause
(Nurturing yourself both physically and emotionally through aromatic support
is quite beneficial for the unpleasant symptoms associated with menopause.)
5 drops Neroli • 4 drops Clary Sage • 3 drops Mandarin • 5 drops Lavender
Mix oils into 1 ounce of vegetable carrier oil and massage into the solar plexus
(the area below the ribcage in the center of the chest). 
Can also be applied to pulse points and the soles of the feet.
